Through a systematic approach to the DiSC concept, participants will explore the key components of strong work relationships, building trust, and developing a much deeper understanding of communication styles. They will gain insight into their own styles and learn how to identify styles in others. With that knowledge, they are in a position to connect more effectively with co-workers and understand their team's dynamics, challenges and strengths.
