TRAINING

Leadership Series

Our six-Module Leadership Series is designed to provide your employees with a holistic approach to the concepts of leadership and supervision.  Participants can immediately apply the tools and information to impact their effectiveness and results.  

Modules are scheduled 3-4 weeks apart and last from 4-7 hours each.  Intersession assignments help participants apply and reinforce the concepts they learn and set the stage for each subsequent Module.  

Modules are interactive and dynamic using role-play and real-life scenarios to encourage participation, discussion, and in-depth application of tools.
